Partnering With Presbyterian Disaster Assistance

Dear Volunteers,

Faith Works Coalition is considering partnering with  (PDA) to send work teams to Birmingham, Alabama, to help rebuild homes damaged by tornadoes earlier this year.

PDA is forming three Volunteer teams from the Tidewater area to provide continuous work from February 12-March 3, 2012.

Each team will work for one week at a time.

Costs to volunteers will include transportation by carpooling and $25 per day for food and lodging.

Volunteer housing will be at First United Presbyterian Church of Forestdale.

No experience is needed to volunteer.
